Picnic Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 large carrot
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and carrot.
    Add salt, sugar and celery seed; set aside.
    In small saucepan, add vinegar, oil and mustard. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage and stir.
    Set in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
