Miss Rose'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. ground Chuck
    4 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp. chopped Parsley
    2 tsp. Oregano
    1 c. Bread Crumbs
    1-1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Eggs
    1/4 c. Olive Oil
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss lightly to mix well. Shape mixture into meatballs. In Olive Oil, brown meatballs; remove and drain. Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
