Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small loaf stale French bread
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. fruit cocktail
    1 c. raisins
    1 stick butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
    Add raisins and fruit cocktail.
    Blend well.
    Then dice French bread and add to mixture. Let soak for about 10 minutes.
    Pour into 10 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Delicious served with hard sauce.
    Serves 6.
