Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pasta shells
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    7 oz. tuna or seafood (crab or shrimp)
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. water
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mixture can be used on lettuce, slaw, red beets in a can. Measure beet juice and add water to equal 1 cup. Add cider vinegar and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Pour over red beets and refrigerate overnight. Eat cold or heat.
