Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. grease
8 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. tomato juice or diced tomato
Preparation

After
cooking
bacon or sausage, leave grease in skillet. Add flour;
stir often to keep from burning.
Let brown. Then
add tomato
juice or diced tomatoes. Stir frequently to keep from being lumpy.
Add black pepper, if desired.
