Priazzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. pepperoni
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    spaghetti sauce (1/2 c. + 4 c.)
    frozen bread dough
Preparation
    Let bread dough rise.
    Punch down and roll out for 9-inch pie pan, top and bottom crust.
    Place bottom crust in pan.
    Set aside.
