Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 bag hash browns
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes about 1 hour but not thawed completely.
    Mix everything except chips.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spray on top with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until thickened, then put chips on top. Bake until chips are light brown, 1 to 1 1/2 hours total.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
