Chili Verde(International Cuisine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork loin, chopped
1 large onion
1 large green pepper (bell)
2 small cans Anaheim chilies
1 (8 oz.) can chopped chilies (hot)
1 pkg. flour tortillas
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Brown pork, onion and bell pepper in large frying pan, making sure that pork is cooked well.
Drain fat from pan and sprinkle flour over mixture.
Dice Anaheim chilies and add with hot diced chilies into frying pan.
Let simmer for 45 minutes (or until thick).
Serve in small bowls.
Cut tortillas into small triangles and use tortillas as a scoop.
