Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast filets
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (32 oz.) jar meat flavored spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Dip into eggs; coat well with bread crumbs.
    Cook in olive oil in skillet until tender and browned on both sides.
    Pour spaghetti sauce into 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chicken in sauce.
    Top with cheeses.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and lightly browned.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
