Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. (1.3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs
2/3 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat olive oil and butter in skillet.
Add onion and next 3 ingredients.
Saute until tender.
Remove from heat; stir in artichokes.
Spoon into a greased 10-inch quiche dish.
Top with mushrooms; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
