Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat mixture well.
Add milk, coconut and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pie is brown and firm.
