Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
enough milk to make a little thinner than pancake batter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Heat oil in skillet.
Mix corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg and milk.
Pour oil into corn meal batter and stir.
Pour back into skillet.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
