Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices onion
    1/4 lb. butter
    dash of mace
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    3 c. milk
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    In a cup, dissolve cornstarch in water.
    In a bowl, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    In a pot, combine onion and butter.
    Cook slowly until soft.
    Add cornstarch, bouillon and milk.
    Cook slowly, stirring often, until heated.
    Add mace, salt and pepper.
