Bean Fondue Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans fat-free refried beans
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
4 oz. chopped green chilies
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of the cheese, until well blended.
Spread in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Wrap and refrigerate at this point if making ahead.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
Serve hot.
