Pie Crusts (3) Or 1 Large Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Stir egg into warm water.
    In the dry ingredients, blend shortening, then make a well in the center and pour egg/water into it.
    Mix, then roll out for pie crusts.
