Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar; add oil.
    Combine flour and dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Add vanilla and zucchini; mix well.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Fill 2/3 the way up. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with toothpick.
