Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. boiled chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 chopped onions
1 c. water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. crushed potato chips
6 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Mix soup and mayonnaise.
Flake chicken and mix with celery, onions, sliced water chestnuts, diced eggs and 1/2 of chips.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with balance of chips.
Can be prepared day before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 12.
