Churros Cubanos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry in vegetable shortening.
    Put milk, butter and salt to boil.
    Add flour and stir quickly.
    Put dough into a cookie press. Twist out dough in large concentric circles into hot fat.
    Turn when brown.
    Remove when both sides are brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle with sugar.
