Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 gal. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Mix butter, brown sugar and syrup; boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and soda, stirring just until mixed.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Bake for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
