Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked long grain rice (cooked without salt or fat)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/4 c. commercial oil free Italian dressing
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Combine Italian dressing, vinegar and curry powder.
    Add to rice mixtures and toss well.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 4 servings; about 95 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
