Broasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 potatoes per person
1 stick butter or margarine
Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation

Clean and peel potatoes, allowing 2 potatoes per person.
Cut in fourths.
Melt butter or margarine in baking pan.
Sprinkle Lawry's seasoned salt in melted butter.
Place potatoes in pan and coat with seasoned butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
