Cauliflower Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fresh head cauliflower
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. grated or shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1 small pkg. (5) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets. Steam until crisp-tender. Mix soup, milk, cheese, carrots, parsley and basil. Place cauliflower into 7 x 11-inch baking dish and pour sauce over it. Place biscuit pieces around edges of dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until biscuits are nice and brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 6 generous servings.
