Buttered Noodles With Fresh Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thin noodles
    2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions or shallots
    1/2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drop the noodles into a large quantity of salted, boiling water.
    Cook about 2 or 3 minutes or until tender.
    Do not overcook; drain.
