Microwave Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel brand diced tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation

Slice Velveeta and place in a microwave-safe dish.
Add tomatoes with green chilies.
Microwave on 50% power, stirring occasionally, until all cheese is completely melted and mixture is liquid.
Add crumbled, browned, drained sausage.
Mix thoroughly. Enjoy with large round tortilla chips made for dipping.
