Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade, made as directed
    1 qt. strawberry ice cream, defrosted
    2 1/2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, sugar and pink lemonade in punch bowl.
    Add ice cream, then fill punch bowl with ginger ale. Serve at once.
