Herbed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 small minced garlic clove
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool and peel; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar.
    Chop bacon and fry.
    Cool; add to potatoes.
    Add chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped parsley.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup salad oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve warm.
