Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. diced pimiento
Preparation

Drain corn.
Reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine liquid, relish, sugar and seed in saucepan; bring to boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Add corn and pimiento; simmer 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Chill.
Yields 2 2/3 cups.
