Fried Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking oil
    pecans
Preparation
    Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer to 375\u00b0.
    Place pecans in fry basket and put in hot oil.
    Remove pecans when they just begin to turn brown.
    (This will take 3 to 5 minutes.)
    The pecans will continue to cook once they are removed from oil.
    Salt while hot. These are delicious!
