Quick Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or cooked beef, cubed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 can or jar mushroom gravy
    water (enough to cover stew)
    2 tsp. or cubes bouillon
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning and any favorite seasoning you like
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    If using fresh beef, put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.
    Add beef and fry until brown.
    Add mushroom gravy and a couple cans or jars of water.
    Add seasonings and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer while preparing veggies.
    Add and simmer until done.
    If using leftover beef, skip the frying step.
    Serve with warm French bread.
