Bran Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. all-bran
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cakes compressed yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 beaten eggs
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine shortening, boiling water, sugar, bran and salt; stir until shortening is melted.
    Set aside to cool to lukewarm. Combine yeast and 1 cup lukewarm water.
    Dissolve and add to first mixture.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well.
    Add flour and mix well. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or until ready to use. Dough will last in refrigerator for a week.
    When ready, pinch off amount needed and place in greased baking pan.
    Let rise and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done.
