Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boneless
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 garlic clove, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cut chicken in cubes.
    Place in a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and garlic.
    Let stand 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
