Apple-Wich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple (skin on)
    2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Cut 2 wedges from each side of apple (on either side of core). Mix all ingredients.
    Spread them on the exposed parts of each apple wedge.
    Now close apple.
    At school, your child can open the \"apple-wich\" and eat each half separately.
    (Apple won't turn brown since the exposed parts are spread with filling.)
