Arabic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
    1/2 c. tahini
    2 fresh cucumbers, chopped fine
    4 fresh green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped fine
    1 lemon, juiced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop finely the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and mint leaves. Combine all of the ingredients in large bowl.
    Chill to serve. Serving Size:
    12.
