Salmon Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can baked salmon (14 to 15 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. orange food color
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and divide into three balls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate until firm.
    Roll in finely chopped nuts.
