Onion-Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large can onion rings, crushed
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts.
    Combine melted margarine, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Dip chicken in mixture, then roll in onions until coated. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick coating. Place chicken in dish. Top with remaining crumbs and liquid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
