Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 c. raw rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion, pepper and seasoning to taste.
    Remove from heat.
    Add rice, coarsely chopped cabbage and tomato sauce. Mix well and place in casserole dish.
    Pat firmly.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes on top.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
