Fu Man Chew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can bean sprouts with liquid
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. pea pods, barely thawed
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Put oil in big skillet.
    Add onions and celery.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add crumbled beef.
    When beef is browned, add soup, rice, bean sprouts, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    (If fixing early, stop here and finish later.)
    Pour into large casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Then add pea pods (thawed just enough to separate).
    Stir in and top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake uncovered another 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
