Cool Whip Cranberry Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) raspberry Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
    2 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
    2 c. Cool Whip
    2 tsp. orange peel, grated
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges.
    Save juice and add boiling water to make 2 cups.
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot liquid.
    Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel.
    Chill until partially set (egg white consistency).
    Fold in oranges and pineapple, then fold Cool Whip into Jell-O mixture.
    Pour into a mold and chill until set.
