Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut up
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1-inch pieces and cook with onion and green pepper until chicken is done.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
