Overnight Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place half of bread in bottom of a shallow, buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix together next 5 ingredients and spread over bread cubes.
    Top with remaining bread cubes.
    Beat eggs; add milk and soup.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
