Pork Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. celery, thickly sliced
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
    1 c. water
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Can use any other vegetables of your choice.
