Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add shortening. Dissolve yeast in water; add to buttermilk until moist.
    Cover and chill.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
