Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 Tbsp. pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix beef and onion; add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and milk to egg.
    Mix and add to bread crumbs.
    Add parsley.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into small round balls.
