Chicken Yakisoba(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    6 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil, divided
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic (3 cloves)
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    4 (7 oz.) pkg. fresh yakisoba noodles (uncooked; see note)
    1 large carrot, peeled and finely julienned
    1 large yellow onion, finely julienned
    sesame seed (for garnish)
    sliced green onions (for garnish)
Preparation
    Use large bowls, this makes very generous servings!
