Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix in mixing bowl the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to boil the margarine, cocoa and water. Remove from heat; add sugar and flour mixture.
Mix well. Add vanilla, eggs, buttermilk and soda. Pour into well greased 11 x 16-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
The cake is to be iced while hot, so begin mixing icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
