Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut each unpeeled potato lengthwise into 4 wedges.
    Place wedges peel side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl; mix well.
    Brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with cheese mixture.
    Turn potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
