Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 (12 oz.) containers cottage cheese
    2 large beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground round; add next 8 ingredients and simmer about 1 hour.
    Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
