Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and bake in 2 loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
