Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain and wash sauerkraut under cold water.
    Squeeze and pull apart.
    Wash again and squeeze and rinse until all of canned water is out.
    Mix rest of ingredients together with sauerkraut.
    Chill overnight.
    Keep in glass container in refrigerator.
