Mary'S Deep Dish Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round or 1 lb. ground turkey
1 bag hash brown potatoes (frozen)
1 small diced onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (your choice)
1 c. grated cheese
pepper to taste
salt (if necessary)
Preparation

In frying pan, brown the meat of your choice with 3/4 of the onion; drain.
In deep baking dish, layer all ingredients, except cheese and 1/4 of onion.
On the bottom, put hash browns, next meat, then corn; top with soup.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and add cheese and 1/4 onion.
Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
